RETURN ELIGIBILITY You can request a return within 7 Days of delivery for: - Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product received - Product not matching the description on website Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and bill. 2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following cannot be returned: - Screen Guards, Tempered Glass, Earphone buds due to hygiene reasons once opened - Products damaged due to customer misuse - Products returned after 7 days 3. REFUND PROCESS - For Prepaid QR/UPI Orders: Refund will be processed to the same UPI/Bank account within 5-7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product. - For Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be done via Bank Transfer/UPI. Please provide details. - Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. 4. HOW TO REQUEST RETURN Contact us with your Order ID, Reason and Photos/Video on WhatsApp or Email within 7 days. Our team will verify and arrange pickup if applicable. 5. CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
